Tangy and sweet, this two-step salad will soon become your go-to summer side dish. Take fresh, seasonal grapes and add them to crunchy red onion and cucumber for a refreshingly simple salad.

What You’ll Need:
Red grapes
Cucumbers
Red onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt

What to Do:
Slice your grapes, cucumbers, and red onion into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, Greek yogurt, poppy seeds, lemon juice, and salt. Drizzle over the grapes, cucumbers, and red onions for desired taste and serve!
